EXPO SCHEDULE Monday July 2, 2012 Individual and group arrivals in Washington, D.C. by group busses or transfer from air Meet your Parade Tour Manager, who will escort you through the duration of your activities Check into hotel Early evening rehearsal Welcome Dinner (gala) and overnight Tuesday July 3, 2012 Breakfast at the hotel Afternoon performances at Lincoln Memorial Dinner on own Evening walking tour of the Jefferson, Korean, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Vietnam Memorials Wednesday July 4, 2012 Early morning breakfast at the hotel Transfer to parade staging area on the National Mall Participate in the National Independence Day Parade on historic Constitution Avenue Following the parade, your group is escorted to waiting motorcoach where box lunch is provided Transfer to the hotel to change and relax (optional) Afternoon, depending on schedule, sightseeing continues and may include one of the Smithsonian Institute Museums Dinner on own Attend A Capitol Fourth celebration on the Capitol Lawn, featuring the National Symphony concert and invited guest artists (seating is not reserved but on a first-come first-serve basis), followed by a grand finale fireworks display

Thursday July 5, 2012 Morning breakfast and hotel check-out As time allows, visit the Smithsonian Institutes American History, Natural History, or the Air & Space Museum on your own Departure for home (transfers to the airport are included for air departures) All Expo participants receive a souvenir tshirt and goodie bag. Parade participant costumes will be ordered at additional cost. Parade routine to be choreographed by Jeff Driggs
